Wearsos is pleased to provide international shipping via our partnership with DHL, ensuring a seamless and reliable delivery experience. Our shipping costs are determined by the items in your order and the delivery destination. It's important to note that shipping prices, as well as duties and taxes, are subject to local regulations, which may vary from one country to another. These charges are outside the control of WEARSOS and are the responsibility of each customer.
Shipping Timeline
Upon completing your purchase with Wearsos, your order will be promptly dispatched via our partner, DHL. DHL will handle the shipment from our facility to its final international destination.
Typically, most in-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days from the receipt of your order. During checkout, you will be provided with a specific shipping range tailored to your destination.
Please keep in mind that all shipping timelines are estimates, and while we strive for accuracy, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to various factors beyond our control.
Shipping Within Costa Rica
For our customers in Costa Rica, Wearsos is pleased to offer local shipping services through Correos de Costa Rica.
Shipping Fees
The shipping fees for local orders generally range from $6 to $10 USD. However, please note that these costs can vary depending on the specific location within Costa Rica and the size of the package.
Delivery Timeline
We strive to ensure prompt delivery for all our local orders. The estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout, and will be dependent on Correos de Costa Rica.
Duties and Taxes
For orders with Wearsos, Taxes and VAT are calculated based on the destination country's regulations and will be applied as necessary. Please be aware that orders shipped to international destinations may incur customs fees and duties taxes. These charges are typically paid upon delivery when applicable. The exact amount of these fees can vary depending on the specific regulations of the destination country. It’s important for customers to be aware of these potential additional costs when placing an international order.
Return/Refund Policy
Due to our limited stock and small production runs we do not offer returns or refunds at the moment.
However, if an item is defective, we do offer an exchange for a new item or store credit. The exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for the exchange or store credit, the purchased item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that it was delivered, have all tags and be in the original packaging. To apply for an exchange send us an email to support@wearsos.co with the details of the exchange, pictures of the deffective piece, and attach the receipt or proof of purchase to the email.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to support@wearsos.co and we will be happy to assist you.
